Un regard azur,
Qui est un lac profond où
Plonger est bonheur.
Une plongée où deux âmes
Se troublent se retrouvent.

Sarah dort dans son
Ecrin de plumes, elle est
Innocence, beauté.
Puissé-je donner vie à
Ses rêves, la rendre heureuse.

I’m writing this based on my own experience, and the stories that my friends related to me. I’m writing as a government medical officer in a busy tertiary center hospital, which means I’m not a specialist, and neither am I a junior doctor/house officer. It also means that I have no power at all for decision making about human resource, buying of drugs and equipment, hospital bills, the service of other departments, my own pay or even the food I eat when I’m on call.
The only contribution I make towards the care of my patients is to care for them, with my knowledge and experience, as much as I can, with the most empathy, manners, efficacy and quality that I could give.
The only contribution I make towards the training of junior staff is by training myself rigidly, and then teach them all I know, with the little time…

The Somali terror group Al-Shabaab attacks a Kenyan shopping center, killing scores of civilians. Among the attackers are several Jihadists from Western countries, including Britain and the United States.
The Westgate Shopping Mall in Northern Nairobi is a popular place for middle class and upper class Kenyans as well as tourists and foreigners living in the East African country. On Saturday this place became a war zone. A group of Islamist fighters from the Somali terror group Al-Shabaab stormed the shopping mall, taking several dozen hostages and killing at least 59 people, among them French, British and Dutch citizens.
While the terrorists were selecting only the Non-Muslims, Muslim shoppers were allowed to leave the scene as Westgate turned into a place of Jihad. zOld - Ang Sarap (A Tagalog word for "It's Delicious")
Sometimes chicken breast can be boring especially when it is cooked the wrong way that is why when we have some bad ones we call them white bread because they taste like one. Chicken breast when overcooked will become dry and tough making it unpleasant to eat but there are tricks in cooking them so they won’t become rubber like in texture. When I first started cooking I hate using this chicken part and always opted for the thighs and legs but once I learned how and when to use it I started loving it. So what are the tips to make it tender and juicy?

Dmitri Peskov, Vladimir Putin’s spokesman, categorically dismissed online rumours that the Russian president remarried in a church ceremony at a secluded monastery in central Russia. On Saturday, a Twitter message swept through social networks claiming that Putin, who divorced in June, tied the knot again earlier in the day at Iversky Monastery in Novgorod Oblast, whilst security personnel and police cordoned off the area. In an interview with Dozhd television, Peskov called these rumours “Saturday Internet exercises born of boredom”. On 6 June, on nationwide television, Putin and his wife, Lyudmila, announced that their marriage is over. Both Putins said that the reason for their split was the president’s work, which consumes most of his time and requires a very public lifestyle. The announcement put an end to years of speculation about the strength of the Putins’ marriage, fuelled by the first lady’s increasingly…

Lagavulin
Laksa. Fiery Malaysian dish of noodles in a soup or broth made from molten plutonium, with added chillies. Bloody gorgeous. Can sting the next morning.
Lambrini. Alcopop for fledgling Thunderbird drinkers, but it’s there.
Lambrusco. I wouldn’t bath the dog in this stuff, but it is allowed.
Langoustines. Might be the same as crayfish. I like them anyway.
Laphroaig
Lapsang souchong. Not on my watch you don’t. This tea tastes like the vomit of a demon. Might be worth a go if you’re dieting. Or bulimic. Nobody will bat an eyelid at you throwing this back up.
Lasagne
Lassi. A drink made of yogurt whizzed up with water, sometimes the addtion of mint and/or garlic. Very refreshing. Might be too healthy for the purist adherents of the Alphabet Diet.
Lemon meringue pie
Lemon upside-down pudding
Lentils. I do like a nice oily smokey daal made with lentils.
Liebfraumilch. If…
